The eternal beta is no more...
Just stumbled across this today, and throught that Google Mail Beta deserved a memorial post.

GMail dropped the beta more than a year ago, http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/167965/google_removes_beta_label_from_gmail_calendar_other_services.html
Maybe it just took a year for me to get over the shock so that I could see it :-).
