I was formally introduced to Kettlebells yesterday and now I keep finding myself wanting to pick up my new piece of iron constantly... I usually don't like to train with weights but the simplicity of the Kettlebell and the fact that a single weight can be used to exercise the whole body got me interested. The fact that you can do endurance training was also something I found very interesting since I will spend the next 10 weeks on a boat which isn't the best place to run at.
